At William Tissert Salon & Spa (House of A Hair & Esthetics), we value your time and the time of our team. To ensure the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review our salon policies below.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the booked service total, which will be applied to your next appointment.
No-Show Policy
Clients with 2 or more no-show appointments will be flagged within our booking system.
To continue booking future appointments:
The full service amount from missed appointments must be paid
A deposit will be required to secure all future bookings
Pre-Paid Package Policy
Clients with pre-paid packages are still required to provide proper cancellation notice.
After 2 missed appointments without notice, we reserves the right to deduct the missed service(s) from any pre-paid package balances on file.
Permanent Makeup Deposits
All permanent makeup appointments require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the service.
Late Arrival Policy
We allow a 15-minute grace period for appointments.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in:
A shortened service
A rescheduled appointment
Or cancellation of the appointment, depending on scheduling availability
Respectful Environment Policy
We are committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for both clients and staff.
Any form of:
Harassment
Abusive language
Threatening behaviour
Disrespect toward staff or other guests
will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service and/or termination of the client relationship.
