Cancellation Policies

I understand that WTS requires a 24h notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.  I understand that $50 will be charged as a deposit in the event of non-compliance with this policy or in the event of a no-show without notice.

I understand that WTS reserves the right to cancel an appointment if I am over 30  minutes late for my appointment. Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a rescheduled appointment. Also late arrivals or insufficient time may impact the quality or outcome of your  service. For optimal results, it is essential to follow the allocated time as your stylist carefully plans the timing for every step of your service. I  acknowledge that all colour services performed may vary from your inspiration picture due to unique hair types, textures, products we use and previous colour & chemical services you have done.
