Our Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and respect our team’s time.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Clients who miss an appointment without notice (no-show) will be noted on their account. After two no-shows, a full service fee will be required in advance before any future appointments can be booked.

Any form of disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour toward our team or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service and/or discontinuation of future appointments.
